Apple Nachos Sweet Afternoon Snack

This snack is gone in about the same time it takes to make it! My kids inhale apple nachos. It’s easy, straightforward, and hits the spot if the kids are asking for something sweet. This recipe comes together even faster with an Johnny Apple Peeler . Every child of mine loves to use this machine. It is great to have because it peels and cuts them at the same time.

This recipe only uses five ingredients! Apples, vanilla yogurt, PB fit, a bit of honey, and mini chocolate chips. If you don’t have PB fit, I have used peanut butter in its place and it works just the same. My husband was kind of horrified by the flavor combination of vanilla yogurt and peanut butter, but he’s crazy because it’s quite delicious. Let me know if you give this recipe a try!
