These are so creamy, so delicious, and taste exactly like your boxed creamsicles. I couldn’t have been happier with how these turned out. The vanilla Greek yogurt is the real MVP of this recipe. You can use any you want, but I used Oikonos Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt for ours. I also used these $5 molds from Walmart that came with the sticks! It was a 3 popsicle mold by Thyme and Table. I also used some from another purchase years ago that were penguin and unicorn-shaped, which the kids loved.
The breakdown of this recipe is straightforward. Five ingredients, blend, pour in molds, and freeze for 4 hours. The waiting time to freeze is the hardest part, honestly. So if you have some oranges, orange juice, vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and some vanilla extract you’ve got yourself a set of creamsicles, or should I say dreamsicles!!
